👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Sponge cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Beat eggs and sugar together until light, fluffy, and pale.
  3. Gently fold in flour, vanilla sugar, and salt.
  4. Pour into a small baking pan.
  5. Bake for about 20–25 minutes until golden and springy.
  6. Let it cool completely, then cut into 2 layers.

2. Cream:

  1. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone until smooth and fluffy.

3. Assemble:

  1. Place first sponge layer on a plate.
  2. Spread cream and add sliced strawberries.
  3. Add second sponge layer.
  4. Cover the whole cake with cream.
  5. Decorate with fresh strawberries and mint leaves.

🍽️ Serving Suggestion:

Chill for 1–2 hours before serving. Best served cold, fresh, and fruity.
