1. Whip cream
Beat heavy cream until soft peaks.
2. Make the cream base
In another bowl, mix:
- cream cheese
- condensed milk
- vanilla
Beat until completely smooth.
3. Combine
Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
It should become light and mousse-like
4. Add lemon juice
Stir in quickly.
It will magically thicken and stabilize without gelatine!
5. Serve
Spoon into cups or bowls.
Add toppings if you like.
Chill 10โ15 minutes if you want it firmer
(or eat immediately โ itโs amazing both ways).
