🥣 Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 ml water (or sparkling water)
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sweet version)
  • 2 tbsp oil (plus a little for frying)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, and water together.
  2. Add flour, salt, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in oil and vanilla.
  4. Let batter rest 15–30 minutes.
  5. Heat a lightly oiled pan.
  6. Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl.
  7. Cook 1–2 min, flip, cook 30 sec.
  8. Stack and fill as desired.
